Question: what do you do if someone wakes up from an concussion?

Hi, I think a medical doctor can better answer this question. I study brain injuries in the laboratory and do not treat the patients who had concussion. But from my understanding I can say that this depends on how bad was the concussion. The patient may recover fully quickly or may need some more medical intervention and rehabilitation to recover.
